Using the app
You may use the Cuppycake app for personal, family, and noncommercial enjoyment. Please use it lawfully, respectfully, and without interfering with the app or other people’s use of it.
Personalized cards
The card creator is provided for personal sharing. A generated card may be saved and shared with friends, family, or on personal social accounts. It may not be sold, used as merchandise, presented as an official endorsement, or incorporated into commercial advertising without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Cuppycake name, trademarks, music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, videos, designs, and related materials are protected intellectual property. Unless a separate written license says otherwise, all rights are reserved by their respective owners, including Amy J. Music LLC.
Music and store links
Streaming, video, social, and shop links lead to third-party services or the current Cuppycake storefront. Purchases, availability, shipping, refunds, subscriptions, and platform use are governed by the terms shown on the service where the transaction occurs.
Availability
The app is offered as available and may be updated, paused, or changed as the Cuppycake experience grows. Reasonable effort is made to keep information accurate, but external links, prices, availability, and platform features may change.
